Lizz Heimann and associate staff member Randon Willard lead our ministry at Robert Morris University.
A major focus of ministry at RMU is leadership development. Many of our students are active on campus, organizing events, leading groups, and serving both on and off campus. We work with students to cultivate their leadership skills through Bible study, hands-on experience and one-on-one discipleship. We also participate in CCO-sponsored events, including the Jubilee conference.
Our weekly fellowship group at Robert Morris is called 838 (based on Romans 8:38) and meets at 8:38pm in the Jefferson Center TV Lounge every Thursday night. We offer both large group time and smaller break-out discussion groups. We study different books of the Bible, and currently, we are discussing topics of faith and life, such as identity, forgiveness, heaven/hell, and relationships.
